Drinking coffee in the snack bar， he ould easily make friends ith students. Sometimes he ould challenge a student to a game of chess. At other times， he ould join groups to discuss subjects ranging from astronomy to scuba diving. Many young people visited him in his office for academic advice； others came to his home for social evenings. Finally，I as attracted by his lively it. He believed that no class hour is a suess unless the students and the professor share several chuckles and at least one loud laugh.Through his sense of humor， he made learning more enjoyable and more lasting.If it is true that life makes a ise man smile and a foolish man cry，then my friend is truly a ise man. What they emphasize is the mon life such as they can even prepare a birthday cake or buy you beautiful clothes, but not a bunch of roses. The amount of the gifts then sent you is being less and less ith the development of your relationship. You feel there is no love beteen you and hen someday you leave home and get hurt, you find he is the first one you ask for help. But hen you stay together again, you find he is still the boring person and you have to live the tedious life. Then you leave again, finally, you kno that is the true meaning of life. But this time you don't have the chance for he has bee other's husband. And hat you can do is to plain hy good men alays belong to others.

　　Bad men are alays those ho are very handsome. Thus they have more choices of choosing omen and they on't stay ith a oman for long time. If you ask him to give you an anser, he may anser you by leaving you immediately. Because you ask him to choose one tree only, he them ill have to give up the hole forest. Then es their nickname: three nots （not active, not responsible, not refuse anyone）。

　　Great men are often very popular. They kno hat is proper for them to do. When you are ith him, you needn't orry about everything. For example, hen you alk ith him in a park in a dark night, and there is a man ho hurt you slightly hich you don't care, but this “great” men on't let it go at that. 　　“Small” man is not relevant to their shortness just like WuDalang in Chinese literature but the limited range of their activities, the eak ability of earning money, the coardice, short-sighted goal of life and so on In daily life, they go to ork on time and kno saving money. They often have three kinds of cigarettes: one for himself, one for friends, and another for his manager. On eekends, you ask him to go shopping ith you, he can't refuse you and you ask him to cook again he obey you. They are gentle, sensitive, and considerate. And no e think that omen are not so omen, and men are not so men. So these moderate men bee popular and get a beautiful name: metropolis men.
